La Griffe Internationale, offers one of the widest ranges to its customers in the field of labeling and identification. In this context, our approach is to establish an integrated management system Quality, Safety and Environment, which aims to satsify the requirements of increasingly pressing our customers and other stakeholders.

This commitment of continuous improvement is reflected by the following objectives:

1. Increase the rate of customer satisfaction
2. Comply with legal requirements of the environment
3. Comply with safety requirements and health
4. Awareness among our staff and our sub-contractors to our method to integrated management system: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
5. Optimizing sorting of our waste to prevent pollution
6. Develop a culture and maintain health and safety of working conditions to prevent occupational diseases and accidents

Our objectives will be achieved through strategic fields of improvement:

 * seek the total satisfaction of our customers by continuously adapting our products to their current needs and future

* create products in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements by identifying the risks of safety, health and environment and putting in place the means of control,

 * protect our human resources, improve their working conditions and develop their skills through a policy of integration and development of staff,
* strengthen our environmental commitment to be recognized as a corporate citizen in the service of sustainable development,
 * develop a strong communication, fair and transparent with our customers, partners and collaborators,
* analysis and evaluation of our work through the audits and management reviews.


I’m engaged to implement and enforce the provisions in place to review the adequacy and effectiveness of our integrated management system on a regular basis and provide the resources needed to achieve those objectives.
Our future effectiveness depends heavily on the work we do together to develop, respect and above all improve the integrated management system for the satisfaction of our customers and for the sustainability of our business.

The decisive choice to promote the realization of La Griffe was taken after insightful consideration.

In

La Griffe was founded and headquartered in the heart of the industrial zone at Borj-Cedria, the most important zone of the southern suburb of Tunis, situated

at 20 km

from the capital.

Thus, since our start, La Griffe has been adopted by the national sector of shoe textile and others to whom 20% of our production is dedicated. We have also been able to conquer international markets of the same sectors of activity. Our customers are located in Africa, in the Middle-East and in Europe and take up 80% of our production.

Keeping in mind the role of the very first label schedule in the life of a labeled product, we have tried to construct a commercial strategy based on quality, nothing but quality and always quality for the satisfaction of our loyal customer.

1- Offer a product ready for application:
- Conception of the visual identity.

- Advice for the definition of the intervening elements in the manufacture process.
- Provide an after-sales service after the trial period.

2- No selection of our customers according to the size of their enterprise is allowed.

3- More service linked to the management of label stocks for our customers, we provide storage for them at our own premises.

4- With the consent of labels holders, we manufacture labels in respect of the graphic charter and distribute them to subcontractors regardless of their location

(globalization necessity).

Thus, setting up has already been done in Jordan, Egypt, Romania, and Morocco.
